I've played all sorts of venues in my years on the road: bars, restaurants, theaters, street corners, banks, cemeteries, ballrooms, and butcher shops. But my favorite shows are always the house shows! Most folks don't understand how little is required to put a great house concert together: all you need is a little space in a room, yard, or patio, and a handful or two of music loving friends willing to kick in a few bucks to host live music! The hosts have at least as much fun as I do, often telling me hosting a show makes them the coolest house in the neighborhood for a day.
